SHIPPING & OTHER STORE POLICIES
All of our prosthetics are made fresh, as they are ordered. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to complete your order before shipping or pickup. All products are shipped from Los Angeles, California. Please keep this in mind when factoring in your arrival time. If you need the order by a certain date, please let us know in the "notes" section when paying. We will do everything in our power to ensure you get your prosthetics when you need them.
Please note that larger orders or orders of multiple of the same design will take longer to complete than a normal order. Please allow more time for us to finish your order. If you need your order by a certain date or have a question about how long an order will take, please email us.
Our standard shipping method is USPS Priority Mail, which takes around 2-5 business days to arrive. If you need your package by a certain date, please let us know in the notes section so we can pick the best shipping option for you. If you would like a faster shipping option or would like to use a different shipping company, please email us. We are happy to use faster shipping methods if requested, for an additional fee. All expedited shipping expenses will be invoiced separately and must be paid prior to us shipping the package.
For large orders and orders of bigger prosthetics such as cowls, chest and back pieces, etc. Additional shipping costs may be required due to the large size of the boxes we use to mail large prosthetics. If you are ordering large prosthetics or a larger order and would like an accurate shipping estimate, please email us. If you do not email us prior to placing your order, we will email you to inform you of the additional charge. Any additional shipping expenses will be invoiced separately and must be paid prior to us shipping the package.
We are happy to mail our prosthetics internationally! The cost of international shipping can range greatly depending on the country. We have two international shipping options listed on our website, please note that these are estimates. Often, international shipping can cost more than these pricing options (box size, shipping distance and how quickly you need your order all factor into the final price.)

Please note that if you pay for one of the international shipping options on our website, we will send you an invoice for the remaining additional costs. Any additional shipping expenses will be invoiced separately and must be paid prior to us shipping the package.
If you need your prosthetic faster than our standard turn around time (5 business days plus shipping lead time), then your order is considered a rush order. Rush orders may be subject to additional rush fees and shipping/handling costs. Rush fees are calculated based on how fast you need your order, how large the order is and if there are multiples of the same design in a tight turn around. We typically charge anywhere from 25%-100% rush fee based on the factors mentioned above. All rush fees and expedited shipping costs MUST be paid prior to mailing the package. If you want to place a large order or order multiple of the same design, please contact us for an estimated finish and ship date. Since all of our prosthetics are made as they are ordered, it will take us longer to fill larger orders. Orders of multiple of the same design take longer to complete as we can only run one per-day. Please expect a longer lead time before orders are shipped.
We do not accept any returns. We will gladly exchange your prosthetics if you are not happy with the quality of the order when it arrives. Contact us within 10 days of receiving your products in order to receive an exchange.
