
SHIPPING & OTHER STORE POLICIES
All of our prosthetics are made as they are ordered. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to complete your order before shipping or pickup. All products are shipped from Los Angeles, California. Please keep this in mind when factoring in your arrival time. If you need the order by a certain date, please let us know in the "notes" section when paying. We will do everything in our power to ensure you get your prosthetics when you need them.
Our standard shipping method is USPS Priority Mail, which takes around 3 business days to arrive. If you need your package by a certain date, please let us know in the notes section so we can pick the best shipping option for you. If you would like a faster shipping option or would like to use a different shipping company, please email us. We are happy to use faster shipping methods if requested. All expedited shipping expenses will be invoiced separately and must be paid prior to us shipping the package.
We are happy to mail our prosthetics internationally! The cost of international shipping can range greatly depending on the country. We have two international shipping options listed on our website, please note that these are estimates. Please email us to receive an accurate quote on how much the cost of shipping will be. How fast you need the prosthetics to arrive by, size of package and distance all factor into the final cost.
If you need your prosthetic faster than our standard turn around time (5 business days plus shipping lead time), then your order is considered a rush order. Rush orders may be subject to additional rush fees and shipping/handling costs. All rush fees and expedited shipping costs MUST be paid prior to mailing the package. If you need your order “rushed”, please send us an email at dyadmufx@gmail.com to enquire about rush fees.
If you want to place a large order or order multiple of the same design, please contact us for an estimated finish and ship date. Since all of our prosthetics are made as they are ordered, it will take us longer to fill larger orders. Orders of multiple of the same design take longer to complete as we can only run one per-day. Please expect a longer lead time before orders are shipped.
We do not accept any returns. We will gladly exchange your prosthetics if you are not happy with the quality of the order when it arrives. Contact us within 10 days of receiving your products in order to receive an exchange.

Please note that our products include a “Prop 65 Warning”. This means that this product can expose you to chemicals including lead, which is known to the State of California to cause cancer. For more information go to www.P65Warnings.ca.gov
